"We love using all the resources with our two toddlers to help them learn their emotions. My 3-year-old already knows countless emotions and is not afraid to tell us exactly how she feels at each moment. She has also learned how to breathe to calm down and work through what she is feeling. It is all thanks to this set!"

"Lately I've noticed many students struggling with anxiety but lack the tools and strategies to cope and self-regulate. I've used these resources to help my students create their own 'portable' Calm Kits on file folders, and I created a 'Regulation Station' outside my office for students to independently self-assess and access. The images and graphics are fun, engaging, and easy for the kids to understand and use!"

"When I think about how much money I waste on cold takeover and then compare the cost to the value in this toolbox, it's worth every penny. We've already spent hours using the worksheets and feelings charts. You can't go wrong with this bundle!"

You've likely noticed by now that kids have mannnnnyyyy BIG feelings, and these feelings often result in the most explosive meltdowns the world has ever seen.
Like that time they lost it because they wanted to go outside when they already WERE outside! Or when their blueberries touched their carrots at the lunch table.
Yeah. Sigh. We've all been there. And when these epic meltdowns occur, you often look around the room wondering where the hidden camera is because are you serious? And you really aren't quite sure what to do.
Teaching and raising kids is hard, and it's even more difficult today with the mounting pressures kids face and the unrealistic expectations being put on them...without giving you a proven way to help them. Even with all the "helpful" advice, none of it works, and it's enough to make you want to crawl back into bed.
Most likely you're juggling an enormous array of tasks, from getting healthy meals on the table, being a chauffeur to a sibling referee, and you didn't train to be a psychologist, so sometimes dealing with behavior issues on top of the zillion other tasks you have can feel impossible.
And if you are an educator, you are also juggling a mountain of tasks, from curriculum requirements, managing kids with special needs and dealing with parental expectations! How in the world are you supposed to also deal with these behavioral outbursts every five minutes?
You want to enjoy your students (or job), but most days, you are barely surviving.

Child development experts say that for young kids, a reasonable attention span is generally two to three minutes per year of their age. So, for a six-year-old, you could expect 12 to 18 minutes of focus on a given task. That's why brain breaks are essential to keeping kids motivated and learning.
These clever exercises help kids take a break and return to their work refreshed, refocused, and recharged.

It's a lot of resources, where do I begin?
We know having access to so many resources all at once can be more than a little overwhelming, so start with just one resource and work your way through. When you make progress in one part of your life, it spills over to the rest!
Teaching calm-down strategies are proven cognitive-behavioral techniques professionals use. Like any change in habit, you can't expect instant results, but rest assured, over time, you can expect lessened outbursts, more awareness, more thoughtfulness, and kindness (to name a few). You can't expect to eliminate tantrums or other unwanted behavior completely. The idea is not to stop anger or anxiety completely. That's not possible. The goal is to help kids learn how to react more appropriately. Most importantly, have fun with this!
I'm so passionate about helping families build happy, peaceful homes, and I have so much confidence in our resources that I want to make it as easy as humanly possible for you. Our site is trusted by 1,000's of parents, teachers, and therapists, is 100% secure, and if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me directly at hello@mindfulmazing.com, and we will issue a full refund within 15 days.
